I am loving the content - I found doing my workout focusing on pelvic floor and core alone was much more challenging that when I do the same exercises as part of a full class! I think the effort made when the whole purpose of the class is to focus on core is what makes me zero in on my form, and feel the various muscle groups kick in to work! So thank you for that.
Another topic - I can't find "My list" on the desktop program. I can see how I can add videos to the list, but I can't figure out how to access the "my list". Works well on iphone app.
