This class is adaptable to using bands or with weights. No core / mat work in this class. Simply lower body, upper body, and wrist exercises to complete a full body workout.

This class is a full body workout that includes compound strength exercises. Compound movements mean that you're using your whole body to complete the movement - upper and lower at the same time for a total body workout. Enjoy!
